Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with a strong focus on UX and visual design. This single player-coach role is an individual contributor position that will work closely with organizational leaders to shape our brand and design strategy. While there is currently no dedicated design team, there is potential for future team leadership as Magnolia grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• UX & Product Design: Create user-centered design solutions using wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Brand & Visual Identity: Drive and maintain the overall visual identity and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaboration: Work alongside product leaders, developers, and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate design into our product strategy.
• Prototyping: Implement or prototype designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed (experience is a plus but not required).
• Innovation & Strategy: Advocate for design excellence by researching industry trends and applying UX best practices to continuously enhance our user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design with a demonstrated focus on UX.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• UX Expertise: A strong portfolio that showcases user-centered design, effective visual communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Coding (Bonus): Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design prototyping is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
• Remote Collaboration: Self-motivated with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote work environment.
