Customer Engagement Associate
MiSalud
Company Description
About MiSalud Health
MiSalud Health provides AI-enabled, culturally attuned virtual care tailored to the needs of the US Hispanic population with patients spanning across key Hispanic-populated states like California, Texas, Arizona and Florida. Every day, MiSaludians are giving health and mental health guidance, providing patient support & education, and/or building for our socios (patients) to help them address common health disparities that disproportionately impact the Latinx community in the US.
We are looking for startup-minded team players who are comfortable proposing solutions to problems they see, iterating and measuring the impact of their solutions, and enjoy fast-paced collaboration both remote and in person. You will join a team who is focused on doing good and doing well for our socios.
Job Description
As a member of the Customer Engagement team, you will:
- Serve as our Customer Engagement on-call during your working hours to help facilitate clinician-patient communication, support issues, and proactively identify when a socio needs an extra hand to improve their wellbeing with MiSalud.
- Plan, write, execute and measure engagement campaigns over SMS, phone calls, and other methods to continue to educate and “convert” our socios from a reactive health mentality to a preventative health mentality.
- Attend in-person enrollment events at least once per quarter to meet, understand, and build trust with our socios in person during biometric enrollments with new MiSalud customers.
- Collaborate with your peers from different disciplines to align with company goals, solve problems, and create data-driven results.
- Document and improve processes for Customer Engagement as we continue to scale and grow the number of socios we serve.
- Leverage HIPAA compliant tools and processes to securely handle sensitive patient information, as well as AI tools to expedite your work.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in marketing, customer support, and/or sales roles is a plus.
- Lived experience in the US.
- Self-starting personality who is resilient in the face of ambiguity.
- Process oriented and detailed as there are no room for mistakes in our highly regulated US healthcare industry.
- Proactive and curious - willing to learn on your own, but you also know when to ask for help to unblock yourself.
- Ability to travel to the US (a valid passport + US visa, if applicable).
- Flexible hours: startups are not 9-5 jobs. When we work longer hours, we get the extra paid time off back.
