Till is seeking an ambitious, curious, and self-motivated Director of Partnerships to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing a B2B2C sales strategy that drives user and revenue growth for our company. This role will require strong sales and business development skills, as well as experience in building client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.The ideal candidate is dynamic, self-motivated, results-driven, and energized by a start-up environment. This role reports to the President and co-founder.What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with Till’s overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and target potential sales opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
- Create and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking progress on agreements, identifying potential roadblocks, and addressing any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in target companies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and ensure that all legal and compliance requirements are met.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, including product, marketing, and operations to ensure successful integration of partners into Till user journey.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the Till’s brand and reputation.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales – fintech experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and the B2B2C sales model.
- Experience successfully managing client relationships and developing and implementing client programs.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
